Colour work would only be done on natural coloured hair or brown base hair. If hair has been previously coloured to a more intense colour, you can only change to natural or jet black.If hair has been previously coloured with box dye, a strand test would first be done to check hair porosity and underlying pigments.
 
Also before proceeding with any colour work, a strand test would be conducted to check hair porosity and underlying pigments.
