Processing time is 14 business days. Allow 2-5 business days after production time for domestic shipping and 6-10 business days for international shipping.
Clients will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. JoBelle will not be held liable for any lost or stolen package due to any fault from the customer.

INSURANCE COVERAGE
All packages are automatically insured for the value of $200. It is highly recommended you pay for extra coverage for items above $200 during checkout, this would ensure full refunds in the event of loss or damage. Jobelle would not be liable for any refunds exceeding $200. Kindly pay insurance coverage for your package.

Please ensure you insert the accurate shipping address. In the event of a delay or missing package, you are advised to contact us and your local post office immediately.

1. RETURNS

CUSTOM WIGS – Refunds/Exchanges (Only defective items)
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@jobellehairmastery.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

LACE TINT - Return/ Exchanges (Only defective item)
Please, the Lace tint cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been open and used.
Item can only be returned or exchanged if defective i.e broken a a result of shipping.
Kindly, contact us for a consultation if you are unsure about your tint match for further guidance.

BUNDLES & ACCESSORIES– Refunds Permitted:
We accept returns, You can return unopened items in the original packaging ( this includes, never been worn, no trace that the hair has been worn, in its original packaging with all its content intact, lace uncut, hair un-styled, no damages whatsoever) within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

CERAMIC HOT COMB ---Refunds/Replacement:
We accept returns and exchanges if your product is defective due to workmanship or faulty material within a period of 1year from the date of purchase, please contact us or the retailer where it was purchased. JBL HOT COMB comes with a warranty in accordance with Canada Consumer Law.
2. EXCHANGES
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at info@jobellehairmastery.com with details of the product and the defect. Send the item you consider defective to:

3. EXCEPTIONS
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: Custom made wigs (wigs customised to your exact specifications), EXCEPT IF DEFECTIVE.
4. SHIPPING

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
To avoid any charges, all cancellations must be made at least 48 hours after order has been placed. For cancellations which are received after 48 hours from placing an order, 30% of your fee will be charged. If your cancellation is received after the order has been confirmed and ready for pick up/delivery or in the event of a no-show, the full reservation total will be charged.

Most IMPORTANT: All install services booked with Extensions or wigs will not be issued a refund upon cancellation once the extensions or wig has been made/purchased. Your deposit will be forfeited and the extensions/wig will be handed to you. The moment you book such service, your extensions/ wig are immediately ordered in, so the moment you cancel the booking, the deposit will not be refunded.
