Cancel booking or class 48hrs before set date

You can cancel your plan at least 48hrs before your first session for a full refund. Once you attend your first session, you can no longer cancel and your fee is forfeited if you decide not to progress with the plan. You can choose the dates and times you want to attend any session. If for any reason you are unable to attend a session, you can reschedule to a later date (no refund applicable). This plan is not advisable for Pregnant women. If you are pregnant, first check with your Physician before booking or attending this session. If you fall pregnant in the course of your 1 year plan package, your next session would be rescheduled to a later date if your physician advises against it or perhaps you just cannot attend. Kindly send us an email to this effect. No refund is applicable, part or full. If you have a serious or any medical condition, kindly speak to your physician before booking or attending any session.If you suddenly develop a medical condition that affects your ability to attend any session in the course of your 1 year plan package, your next session would be rescheduled to a later date if your physician advises against it or perhaps you just cannot attend.
