Service Description
Please note: Booked date is your drop off + brief consultation date (optional). WE DO NOT ACCEPT TANGLED WIGS. Please Detangle before drop off ( order would be cancelled or fined $20 if not) This Service includes; Thorough washing of your wig Conditioning and deep treatment Lace touch-up - lace clean up, fixing any holes or tears, trimming off worn out lace, lace tint and basic Styling Note: if you would like adjustable strap added, it is $5 All styling is included in price. ---- Pin curls is + $20 (20 pins) - Layers (JB Signature) + $20 - Fringe or Bangs + $10 - Blunt or Bob cut + $15 - Lace bleach & customisation +$15 What to do -Send in your old Wig (only human hair in good condition) -Fully brush out and detangle your unit before sending in -Drop off at our studio (in person, Uber or courier) If you are not sure about the condition of your wig, send us a message for a quick consultation. We have various options to choose from.
Cancel booking or class 48hrs before set date
Online cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to make a change within 48 hours, please email us immediately. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service total. Changes made within 12 hours, missed appointments and no-shows are charged 100%. Please make changes as early as possible to avoid charges.
