This service is ideal for clients looking to upgrade their wig through precision cutting, refined layering, face-framing, or custom colour work such as balayage. Each upgrade is performed with careful attention to detail to ensure a seamless, natural finish that complements your features and desired style. For the most tailored results, in-person custom appointments are highly recommended, allowing for precise fitting, shaping, and styling to achieve your desired look. Upgrade services include: - Precision wig cutting and reshaping - Refined layers and face-framing - Custom colouring and balayage (no global lightening) - Wig revitalization and styling enhancements Booking Options: - In-Person Customization – Best for fully tailored results, fit, and styling - Drop-Off Service – Available for colour work and selected upgrades Processing Times: - Colour services: 12–14 days - Other custom upgrades: 5–10 days You will be notified via email once your unit is ready for collection. Additional Notes: - Rush or next-day service is available for an additional $50 - All services are performed using professional-grade products and advanced techniques to maintain the integrity and longevity of your wig This service is designed to elevate your unit, delivering a refined, customized finish while preserving the quality and structure of the hair.
Cancel booking or class 48hrs before set date
For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24hrs we charge 50% of the service total. Less than 12hrs before your session, No shows and missed appointments are subject to a 100% non-refundable fee (the full service charge). You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without contacting us first. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please login into your profile/member page to make desired changes. If you are unable to reschedule on the website, send us an email immediately. We kindly urge you to cancel or reschedule way in advance to avoid charges to your card.
