Have your hair extensions washed & treated at your appointment or drop off to pick up /re-installed at a later date. Applicable only to JB extensions. This is an Add- On to your “ Hair take -off/reset” appointment.

Cancel booking or class 48hrs before set date

For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24hrs we charge 50% of the service total. Less than 12hrs before your session, No shows and missed appointments are subject to a 100% non-refundable fee (the full service charge). You can cancel or reschedule your appointment without contacting us first. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please login into your profile/member page to make desired changes. We kindly urge you to cancel or reschedule way in advance to avoid charges to your card.
