Online cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you need to make a change within 48 hours, please email us immediately. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service total. Changes made within 12 hours, missed appointments and no-shows are charged 100%.
